Disappointed to say the least ... white screen is good for nothing and so now is my 4 year old but brand new never used 360° camera
Can't get it work on my Samsung phone
App does not work waste as they have not updated the app. It also reflects on ALDI who sold the camera.
loaded for the first time... App doesnt work with new Samsung Android. PATHETIC! i will no longer buy and demo Aldi Cocoon products on YouTube. very bad outcome, camera is useless now.
Software no longer compatible with Samsung. Makes me unlikely to buy Blanco products.
Not working anymore
Rendered useless by developer not keeping up the compatibility. Absolutely unusable on Samsung S9. I want my money back.
This app doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy s8 or Android 8 . You get a blank white screen. Pathetic that the developer winplus can't organize an update. It does seem to work with Android 6 although I haven't fully tested it . I was in Aldi two days ago at secret harbor Western Australia. They were attempting to sell 20 of the cocoon 360 camera's for$75 in their " reduced to clear" section. Cheeky, product is completely useless without the application. Don't buy one! I'll phone Aldi to complain
